Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. is seeking an energetic Store Associate to support store management and enhance the in-store customer experience. You will help with inventory, omni-channel activities, and cashwrap efficiency while upholding company standards.

You will model professional customer service, communicate effectively with customers and teammates, and assist with opening/closing duties, audits, and daily store operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' workforce experience.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer Experience Leader behaviors to drive store goals and KPI.
• Maintain store standards and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Assist with inventory, omni activities, and MOOS.
• Support management with audits, transfers, and damages as needed.
