Land-of-Lincoln-Goodwill-Industrie seeks a Store Supervisor to lead daily sales floor operations, donation processing, and pricing. You will act as manager on duty, train staff, and ensure policy compliance while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, bank deposits, supervising Retail Associates and Team Leads, and meeting production goals. A high school diploma and leadership experience are required, with travel to other stores as needed.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership or oversight role.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, proof of insurance, reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within six months.
• Occasional travel to other stores and job sites.
• Knowledge of Google/MS Office and payroll/POS software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all duties of a Retail Associate.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to staff.
• Ensure staff follows policies and procedures.
• Lead by example and motivate retail staff.
• Report loss control concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Monitor staff time and manage workflow.
• Handle bank deposits and cash handling duties.
• Open and close store, assign tasks, supervise performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
