Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.

• Maintains professionalism and ethical behavior per LLGI policies.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management in evaluating product quality for the sales floor.
• Promote LLGI mission, values, and diversity in daily work.
• Train and coach staff to strengthen back-room operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and document staff performance issues.
• Demonstrate leadership and model professional conduct for staff.
• Monitor staff time and ensure accurate work completion.
• Support financial performance goals of the store.
• Act as manager on duty when needed to cover operations.
• Open and/or close the store as required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
