Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to train and coach shifts and lead Guest Services staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to properly operate POS and gas console and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates and coach the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store administration, paperwork, and deliveries.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and maintain store conditions.
• Operate DipSide items and maintain coffee/ice cream service.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS/gas transactions.
• Maintain stock, rotate products, and keep displays presentable.
• Monitor safety and security procedures and compliance.
