Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to lead the team and ensure outstanding service. You will oversee daily operations, maintain store conditions, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

The role requires directing associates, managing store administration, and delivering the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to guests, while handling transactions and stock management during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates, coaching and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Handle store administration tasks including ordering, weekly delivery reports, and paperwork under supervision.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience—greeting guests and ensuring the store is welcoming and ready.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage ice cream/yogurt products.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments.
• Stock shelves, display units, and ensure product freshness and correct dating.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security; monitor for shoplifting and safe cash handling.
• Accurately complete time records and any required reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
