Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates; assist with interviewing and training as needed.
• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, reporting and paperwork.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle DipSide item prep, POS transactions and gas sales processing.
• Maintain product shelves, refrigeration, signage and stock rotation.
• Ensure store safety, security procedures and compliance with store policies.
