Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding service by following The Hi Five Guest Experience during the shift, either personally or through associates on duty, while maintaining store conditions and compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, store administration, customer service, POS and gas‑console operation, stock management, security, maintenance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and verify identification documents.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to temperatures as low as –30 degrees Fahrenheit for short periods.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and perform repetitive stock tasks.

Responsibilities

• Managing other associates, coaching and training shift leaders and staff.
• Store administration including ordering and paperwork.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Security and loss prevention awareness.
• Report time records and other required documentation.
