Job summary

You will oversee daily activities, train associates, and act as Manager on Duty as needed, with responsibilities ranging from cash handling to stocking and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and in-store interactions.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Occasionally opens or closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures a smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and stock recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning, stock room organization, and general upkeep.
