Job summary

Five Below is looking for a capable leader to supervise crew members, train the team in the BEST customer service experience, and oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with receiving and stocking, open/close procedures, and maintain a high standard of guest service while driving sales and controlling expenses.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of management, and strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and lead a team to deliver a fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and daily tasks.
• Oversee store operations, staff management, and customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep selling floors current.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and manage expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Maintain store facilities and stockroom organization.
