Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a store team, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure a great in-store experience. You will report to the Store Manager and drive daily operations, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives.
• High School Diploma.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• You are flexible while working in a dynamic environment and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks. You enjoy learning new things, helping customers, and contributing to a strong team culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations, goals, and develop talent.
• Act as the manager on duty in the store, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store products.
• Focused on providing positive customer and employee experience.
• Set high store standards reflecting company brand image, values, and culture.
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters information, products, and company history.
• Support company on marketing events such as in-store events, Pop-up events, conventions, new store openings.
• Support RoboShop business and collaborate with RoboShop teams as needed.
• Improve sales performance and meet KPIs such as store conversion and dollars per transaction.
• Drive sales of key products like Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
• Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Visual Merchandising & Operation: execute directives, install marketing decals, set up planograms and fixtures.
• Remerchandise the sales floor based on product sell-through and coordinate with inventory.
• Collaborate with Inventory ASM to manage BOH and warehouse inventory levels.
• Perform weekly/quarterly inventory auditing and related duties.
