Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and retain a high‑performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales goals, KPIs, and operational excellence with the Store Manager.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards to reflect POP MART branding.
• Support store events, product launches, and community engagements.
• Assist with scheduling, task planning, and performance development.
