POP MART in Natick Mall is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high‑performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and uphold POP MART’s premium brand on every guest interaction.

This role requires strong leadership, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Represent POP MART’s brand on the sales floor and elevate customer engagement.
• Analyze sales data to drive actions that improve conversion, ATV, and turnover.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and safety.
• Support in-store events, product launches, and community activations.
