Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at our Arundel Mills Mall location. You will lead on the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance and inventory accuracy.

You will work to meet KPIs, engage customers with POP MART stories, and support product launches, merchandising, and events. Establish a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail with leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead on duty in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to meet goals.
• Drive sales KPIs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards, visuals, and merchandising.
• Manage inventory, stockroom, and back-of-house tasks.
• Act as POP MART brand ambassador and assist events.
