Job summary

POP MART in Tysons Corner is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. You will handle daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and be the Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, reporting to Store Manager and upholding POP MART's premium brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to analyze metrics and drive results.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Talent Development: recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team; lead brand associates and sales leads.
• Customer Experience: deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and engage customers with POP MART’s brand.
• Sales & Business Performance: work with the Store Manager to hit KPIs and drive sales, conversions, and ATV.
• Store Operations: manage opening/closing, cash, safety, compliance, scheduling, and stockroom organization.
• Visual Merchandising & Inventory: execute planograms, displays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Brand & Community: act as brand ambassador and support events, launches, and community engagement.
