POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Maine Mall location. You will lead a high-performing retail team, coach staff, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure operational excellence.

You will oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and customer engagement while reflecting POP MART’s premium brand experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive sales goals and KPIs.
