Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a store leadership team member to partner with management on daily priorities and support merchandising, omni activities and inventory actions to drive sales.

You will help maintain store standards, open/close duties, and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support store operations.
• Participate in opening/closing, cleaning, recovery and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor compliance to company policies and procedures.
