Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to drive exceptional customer service and frontline operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead the crew, train on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure smooth front-end operations including merchandising and checkout performance.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, roughly two years of management experience, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining composure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wown customers through personal contact at the front line.
• Lead crew by training and coaching to deliver fast, friendly checkout.
• Drive store to achieve customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end merchandising and ensure brand standards for candy, soda, snacks.
• Ensure front-end equipment works and crew are trained on services.
