Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed timely and accurately.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Communicate policies and ensure team adherence to schedules and clock-ins/outs.
