O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the store team during the Store Manager’s absence and during opposing shifts, focusing on serving customers.

Key duties include hiring coordination, coaching team members, ensuring proper staffing at peak times, processing returns and transfers, and maintaining store security and cleanliness. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Requires Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and programs.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing and staff development.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure the store.
