This role will lead the store team during the Manager’s absence and opposing shifts, ensuring outstanding service to both retail and professional customers.

The position emphasizes coaching, scheduling, interviewing, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on teamwork, training, and efficient daily processing of orders, returns, and deposits.

Formación

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
