O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will manage the store during absences and opposing shifts, and lead the team in servicing customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desired) is a plus.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification are desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure staff executes service programs.
• Assist in staffing, goal setting, coaching, and interviewing to hire qualified team members.
• Ensure proper processing of all orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely, friendly manner.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, security checks, and end-of-day procedures.
