URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering a customer-focused environment at the Glen Mills location. You will help drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure smooth daily operations across selling, service, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate a welcoming customer environment.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience through executing omni services.
• Supports training of the associate team, including onboarding of new hires.
• Manages daily zones and maintains an energized pace and positive team dynamics.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures and maintaining store standards.
