Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting URBN values and deliver extraordinary service.
• Lead by example to maintain a high-energy environment and achieve sales and visual objectives.
• Provide seamless omni-channel service using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Serve as floor service leader with daily sales goals and key metrics communication.
• Educate teammates on product knowledge, brand messaging, and customer interactions.
• Support daily opening/closing tasks and align with store management on operations.
• Ensure accurate restocking, shipment processing, and adherence to visual/display standards.
• Contribute to an inclusive work environment and assist with onboarding and feedback.
