Walgreens in Pittsfield, MA is seeking an associate to open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash duties and help ensure floor and stock room are ready for the day. You will assist with returns, refunds, and pricing tasks while delivering a friendly, proactive customer experience.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, supporting displays, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping with vendor deliveries and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling; ensure floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain store inventory accuracy and pricing signage; assist with displays and price changes as needed.
