Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability through engagement, merchandising, operations and standards.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through client focus and teamwork.
• Assist in visual merchandising and brand directives on the selling floor.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, inventory, store administration and customer service.
• Foster staff development and accountability.
• Process merchandise through the POS system.
