Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability via customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration.
• Assist in implementing visual merchandising to align with brand strategies.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support loss prevention, safety policies, and company standards.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, inventory, and store administration.
• Foster staff development and accountability.
• Process information through the POS system.
• Assist in selection and hiring of qualified candidates.
• Be flexible and perform duties beyond the role when needed.
