• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• Create exceptional customer experiences with a strong client focus and team collaboration.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to align with brand strategies.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support loss prevention, safety policies, and store standards.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Foster development and accountability within the team.
• Process transactions and merchandise through POS system.
