Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Communicates tasks to team members when management is not present.
• Maintains store conditions, pricing accuracy, and displays; supports backroom operations.
