Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to support store operations and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, returns, and pricing accuracy while ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business each day.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Maintains store keys to open/close without management as necessary and supports vendor deliveries.
