Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team-oriented associate to open and close the store in management's absence, manage cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will also handle returns and refunds while delivering a friendly customer experience.

Engage customers, assist with products and services, and help maintain inventory, pricing, and merchandising standards to support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure start-up readiness of systems, cash handling, and stock room readiness.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, assist with products and services, resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Assist with store operations, including pricing, displays, inventory, vendor deliveries, and housekeeping.
