Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support sales plan execution and store operations. You will lead operations in the absence of store leadership, coach teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure product knowledge aligns with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in customer-centric retail, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and teams.
• Drive in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct team accordingly.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and communicate directives.
