Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Store leaders act as the frontline of our field leadership team, combining retail savvy, brand ambassador duties, and customer connection.

You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure product knowledge and store standards drive exceptional customer experiences. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to company policies daily.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and process relevant transactions.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Support floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
