Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to help deliver the store sales plan through effective execution of daily tasks and strong leadership. You will lead team members, coach peers, and model exceptional customer service while maintaining product knowledge and brand standards.

You will support opening/closing routines, ensure safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Availability for peak shifts and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Drive in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and process transactions.
• Engage customers with needs-based recommendations and product demos.
• Support floorset execution and visual merchandising.
• Participate in safety, cleanliness and policy adherence.
