Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a motivated Key Holder to support delivering the sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. The role centers on frontline leadership, customer engagement, and maintaining brand standards across in-store experiences.

As a key link in the store leadership team, you will coach associates, lead by example with product knowledge, and ensure smooth daily operations while supporting a welcoming customer experience.

• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening and closing routines and disseminate company directives.
• Create connections with customers, uncover needs, demonstrate products, and make recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
