Job summary

The Children's Place is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team in Mount Hope, WV. You will manage cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and act as Leader on Duty (LOD) to model brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach associates, drive sales, and uphold store cleanliness and safety while collaborating with the team to meet goals. Minimum 1–3 years retail experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and Leader on Duty (LOD).
• Coach associates and address performance concerns; provide in-the-moment feedback.
• Drive store profitability and participate in payroll processing; maintain brand standards.
