Job summary

The Children’s Place in Mount Hope, WV is seeking a part-time Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will assist with cash-wrap, opening/closing, and act as Leader on Duty while representing the brand with professional customer service.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, maintaining store standards, managing schedules, payroll, and fostering a positive, productive team environment. Retail experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
