Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through associate training and coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager on performance concerns.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback to colleagues.
• Assess performance and provide feedback during reviews.
• Motivate staff to build brand loyalty and positive store atmosphere.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service on the sales floor.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain brand integrity.
• Support management to maximize productivity through knowledge and service.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) program and drive store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and adhere to policies.
• Ensure CRE Standards & Safety requirements are met.
