Job summary

The Children’s Place in Dulles, VA is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD).

You will represent the brand, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development while driving a positive shopping experience and store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and training of associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Lead cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support payroll processing and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
