Job summary

The Children’s Place in Frederick, Maryland is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will champion the brand, deliver top-tier customer service, and support daily store operations.

Key duties include coaching associates, coordinating with the Store Manager on performance and scheduling, maintaining stockroom organization, and upholding CRE standards while driving store profitability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) and drive store profitability.
• Coach associates and provide timely performance feedback.
• Maintain stockroom organization and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and brand representation.
• Collaborate with management to adjust schedules and staffing.
