Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role focuses on brand representation, professional conduct, customer engagement, and maintaining store standards while supporting teamwork and employee development.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance feedback, scheduling, payroll processing, and ensuring safety and CRE standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training and coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager on performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback.
• Assess performance and participate in reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and store environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Support management to maximize productivity.
