Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. You will model coaching and mentoring to empower the sales team and maintain a luxurious shopping experience.

Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, opening/closing on a rota, and helping drive sales targets while ensuring exceptional service and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties desirable.
• Experience coaching/mentoring to hit sales and service targets desirable.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor sales staff for service excellence.
• Assist in opening and closing the store on a rota basis and perform cash reconciliation.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation.
