Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Lehi, Utah. You will model outstanding coaching and mentoring to the sales team, delivering inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and service targets.

Open and close the store on a rota, perform essential cash reconciliation, and lead by example in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to attend interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running.
• Coach and mentor sales team to provide inspirational customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
