Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, helping ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service. You will lead by example, coach the team, and help achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

You will also handle essential cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and participate in a long-term career with a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
Desirable: prior operations experience including cash reconciliation.
Desirable: supervisory experience coaching others to achieve targets.
Able to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and events.
Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.
Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
