Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Austin, TX. You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and to meet sales and service targets.

You will handle cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota basis, and participate in start-of-day and end-of-day procedures. This role offers progression within a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet targets.
• Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation and related procedures.
• Open and close the store on rotation and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Represent the brand with professionalism in a prestige beauty environment.
