Estée Lauder Companies in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional, personalized customer service and driving sales targets.

You will coach the sales team, handle start and end of day cash reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing the store on a rotating schedule. This role offers a path to supervisory responsibilities with prestige beauty brands.

Formación

• Retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and coach sales team to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and support Store Manager.
