Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury beauty.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team.
• Desirable experience in opening/closing the store and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Handle start/end of day cash reconciliation and rota-based opening/closing shifts.
