Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in our flagship beauty store.

You will coach a team, handle cash reconciliation, and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis, with opportunities for long-term career progression within the prestige beauty division.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on a rota basis.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team to achieve targets.
• Cover shifts including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
