Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth operation of the store. You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably in cosmetics or luxury beauty.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable.
• Proven supervisory/coaching abilities to lead sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Coach and mentor sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and related reporting.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule when required.
