Job summary

Lids is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to be the heart of the store team. You will drive selling strategies, ensure outstanding customer service, and supervise daily operations. You’ll also develop staff, uphold policies, and maintain store standards while delivering a positive, engaging shopping experience.

The role requires leadership in day-to-day store performance, teamwork, and a proactive approach to merchandising, training, and operations to support growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent, handling scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and inventory processes.
• Support in training and developing store personnel; ensure policy compliance.
