Job summary

Torrid in Ellenton, FL is seeking a Keyholder to support store management and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will help open and close the store, assist with daily operations, and model strong selling skills to build customer loyalty.

You will collaborate with the management team on KPI goals, merchandise execution, and creating a welcoming environment. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure store goals are met.

• Fashion awareness and trend staying ability
• Be fashion-focused and stay on top of current trends

Responsibilities

• Support store management by performing daily opening and closing operations
• Set example with selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty
• Support merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
